Is focusing on HRM (Human Resource Management) particularly including vision/mission/strategy statement, leadership value, designing of organization associated with vision/mission/strategy together with salary/award system, motivation, team building and all that. It is covering widely cross-cultural, diversity, conflict management, knowledge management, Project management and other work-site managements.
Apart from ‘skill’ issues, we are offering principles of analytical organizational method of Five-Factors-Stress Theory into the practices so that the most efficient and profitable design of high-performance management team can be built.
Our mission is to make the HRM standards in Japan from global context for Japanese entities and/or Japanese interests/investments abroad where critical cultural adjustment is needed. Final goal will be de-facto standard creation resulting in establishment of specialized post-graduates institute of HRM here for the first time which will enhance mobility of HR staff with the rigid knowledge and skills and also strengthen HR managers to become a real edge of the critical part of top-management team.
Universal Brains Limited is also covering risk management, cost control management and all consultant activity including private coaching acting as Solution Provider for a top management.

CEO is OIKAWA yoshimoto.
Oikawa Yoshimoto is a specialist in Human Resource Management, Compliance/Governance and Strategy. He graduated from Tokyo University in 1977 and worked for British and German insurance companies in the areas of underwriting, reinsurance, administration, M&A, and compliance. HR worked both as a line manager or a managing director and during more than 20 years of business experience in the financial sector.  He is a member of Japanese Academy of Human Resource Development, the Japanese Association of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and The Japanese Association of Administrative Science. He is a visiting lecturer of RoppongiBiz business school sponsered by RoppongiHills Academy. He is interested in a Interface Deep Culture network.  He is currently the CEO of Universal Brains Limited.  He is also Auditor of Shinsai Partners Inc, a young insurance company.

Dr.Joseph Shaules(PhD) is the director of Interface International and the creator of the PICO Intercultural Learning System. He is an associate professor at the Rikkyo University Graduate School of Intercultural Communication, Tokyo and at Keio University. He is developing seminars in leadership skills for intercultural professionals. He has lived and worked abroad (Mexico, Japan, France) for more than 20 years and is proficient in English, Japanese, French and Spanish. Currently, he lives in Tokyo and Paris.
