戦略人事の考え方から、従来のMBAにおけるHRMを一歩超越した新しいMBAコースをご案内します。「アシュリッジ」は、英国の大学院大学です。たくさんのコースがありますが、併設大学はなく、社会人とくにエグゼクティブだけを対象にしているため、まだ日本人にはほとんど知られていない名門MBAです。

◎特色　

仕事を中断したくない社会人が在学しやすいように、短期間（5日から30日程度の期間)を集中的に責任教授(PROGRAM DIRECTOR)がオーナーシップをもって講座を設計・維持します。そのため職場に戻ってからすぐ役に立つ非常にユニークで効果の高いプログラムであるという他に類を見ない特徴があります。

受講生は、ほとんどヨーロッパ出身者で著名企業からの派遣ですが、個人参加もあります。

ロンドンから3０分ほどのアシュリッジの深い森の中にある古い修道院を利用した校舎・図書館・ミーティングルームや広大な庭園と宿泊設備が完備している素晴らしい環境です。

 とくに戦略人事の面では、リーダーシップ論(キース・ミルマー先生）、戦略人事論（マリー・ケネディー先生）らが有名です。
