Workshop: Cross-cultural management training

Workshop: Cross-cultural management (or Inter-cultural communication) training in general

Workshop Overview:This is a very hands-on workshop. We will address personal strategy of the useful framework to manage what matters in a uncertain and/or unknown business environment in the world.  A proven core cross-cultural management framework will be shown clearly and you can practice in the workshop, first by discussing them and then by practicing them- that is workshop style.

Target Audience: Foreign managers, functional managers, technical leads. Senior managers are also welcome.

Number of participants: Maximum 20 participants per workshop are preferable and less than 10 are desirable.  One on One training service is also available upon request.
