Oikawa Yoshimoto is a professional specialist in Human Resource Management, Compliance/Governance and Strategy. He graduated from Tokyo University in 1977 and worked for British and German insurance companies in the areas of underwriting, reinsurance, administration, M&A, and compliance. He worked both as a line manager or a managing director during more than 20 years of business experience in the financial sector.  He is a member of Japanese Academy of Human Resource Development, the Japanese Association of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and The Japanese Association of Administrative Science. He is a visiting lecturer of RoppongiBiz business school sponsered by RoppongiHills Academy. He is interested in inter-cultural issues via idea of 'Deep Culture' as well as 'Communication'.  He is currently the CEO at Universal Brains Limited.  He was dedicated to establish Shinsai Partners Inc, a young insurance company authorised by Financial Supervisory Agency and is ex-Auditor.

Dr.Joseph Shaules(PhD) is our partner.  He is also the director of Interface International and the creator of the PICO Intercultural Learning System. He is a professor at Juntendo University, Faculty of International Liberal Arts, Tokyo. He is developing seminars in leadership skills for intercultural professionals. He has lived and worked abroad (Mexico, Japan, France) for more than 20 years and is proficient in English, Japanese, French and Spanish. Currently, he lives in Tokyo.
